This building is absolutely gross. There's mice and roaches everywhere!! The hallways smell like spoiled garbage and the superintendent nor management doesn't do anything to maintain the building clean at all. The cameras don't work they are there just for shows and the smell of marijuana in the late evenings is revolting. All that rent being paid is for nothing and buying an apartment there is definitely a loss for anyone.
