Great Place, Awesome Staff
During a time of personal difficulty management was extremely approachable, helpful and understanding especially Adina. Her kindness and understanding was very reassuring and is something that will never be forgotten. I have lived in Fresh Meadows for 46 years and she is one of the nicest people to ever work at Fresh Meadows. The neighborhood is beautiful, clean and well kept. It looks more like the country than the city. It is safe and quiet and a wonderful place to live. I recommend it highly... .

My apartment is located in the center of the Flushing area. From this vantage point there is easy access to public bus service to Manhattan, the subwway lines and total convenience to other Queens sections. It is a beautiful complex that has a variety of building styles - A Highrise building, 2 elevator buildings, duplex apartments and three story walk ups. There is plenty park like areas with play grounds for children and more spaces just to ssit around and enjoy the surroundings. All areas... are well maintained and the staff make the effort to recognixe tenants personally. Shopping and restaurants are abundant and a movie complex is in walking disatnce. We also have a library and post office near by. It is a refreshing location in the mist of New York City.
