BUGS

This apartment is a perfect example of don’t judge a book by its cover. It’s in an amazing location but there’s so many bugs! No matter how much you spray they’ll keep coming. Also nothing works properly. Save your money and time and don’t come here

Total Rip Off Management

It is excellent location and decent apartment but it has total rip-off management. If you are ready to call 15 times for one single service request, you should sign up for lease them. They have total non-sense lease clauses and very rude customer service. Once you are sign the lease, you can't even change any single item out of lease. You can't even say that if you want to be sole owner of the lease if your partner wants to move out. I will not recommend this place as life happens and this… management will suck you as soon as you hit something in life event. Also, it is wrongly advertised as luxury building. I didn't listen to other reviews on different websites and now I'm totally stuck with this management who doesn't care at all about their tenants except collecting high rent. I have rented 15 years of my life in various apartments from normal to luxury but this is the only place which has such POOR management and customer service.
