    New management is terrible

    This property recently was taken over by new management. This new management group, the Cabot group, has changed everything and it has not been a smooth process. New systems are being used without clear directions of what to do where.

    The laundry room has also become unusable. A dryer broke and has been out of service for a month now and now the second one broke. It is becoming very difficult to do laundry especially with it being shared.

    On top of all of this, rent is skyrocketing while    … nothing new is being offered to residents. I would recommend you look somewhere else.
