Secure but way too secure.
My apartment building is nice. Locked doors with a buzzer so its very secure. Cameras down the main hallways. Makes for a safe space. The Rooms are small, but they do the trick. Better kitchen space would be nice. It's definitely a great apartment space for a single person to live alone. There aren't any ridiculous infestations. I haven't seen not a roach or bug since i moved in 4years ago. The apartments have nice beautiful tall windows and the natural sunlight is refreshing. We have a... community room downstairs if you'd like to bring company over and you feel your own space is too small. They also allow you to 'rent' out that space for parties(100$ security deposit which you get back if no damage is done to the space). It's right on a main street in the town so its prime for walking to anywhere. Staples, Mc Donalds,Wendy's,Burger King,CVS, Panera, Dunkin Donuts, 711, several other fast food establishments,Radio Shack, the town library, and movie theater are all with in walking distance; barley a block away. The crime rate is low and the town is quiet. Great for quiet people. Everything shuts down around 10:00-11. Very safe and cautious. Lots of beautiful parks and beaches surrounding the town for a sunny outting. This building specifically has a waiting list and is based on your income only available to elderly, disabled, and people with families. Despite the "lower" rent paid its become quite difficult to keep rent for if any children living in the house over 18 work a job they are immediately required to pay rent and the rent is raised. Overall it makes it extremely hard to have any kind of savings, since they check bank records, and impossible to once you live there, move away.
