PEACE

At the end of a crazy day this is a great place to come home to.QUIET,surrounded by trees and well groomed grounds.I leave my windows open and hear the birds and wind,rain ,whatever nature has to bring.
Very responsive and caring staff when any problems arise.
Garage included so your car is always protected,plus gives added storage.
Location is PERFECT.Tucked away on a cul-de-sac but literally minutes from any shopping or restaurants you could possibly want.Interstate accesss is five minutes… away.
My negatives might just be about me.I'd like a washer and dryer in my apt and less basic bathrooms(no vanity or storage)
The tenants are friendly but this is not a place to connect.There is no common area where people would hang out and socialize.Everyone does their thing and comes home to their space.If you expect more contact from your living situation this is not the place for you.
If you want privacy,security safety-it's perfect!

While many people do value this, I understand… where some may be looking for an opportunity to socialize with neighbors and friends. We do agree with your sentiments that our residents are very nice people, but do come home and attend to their lives. We do have apartments which have washer/dryer hook-ups for those that would like their own in their unit, as well as apartments which have laundry rooms in the building. If there is ever anything that we can do to make your home more peaceful and enjoyable, please do not hesitate to give our Leasing Office a call as we'd be happy to help. Thank you again!
