Quiet, Peaceful, and Beautiful! ... I love living here!

I have been living at Briarwood House Apartments in Goshen, NY going on 13 wonderful years now. Briarwood has been the nicest apartment I've ever had. The apartments are spacious and lovely. Our tenants are like family--friendly and considerate, and our awesome Management and Maintenance crew are reliable and caring -- and always readily available when needed. Seasonal landscaping is kept lovely and impeccably maintained weekly. During winter, and days of snow and ice, walkways and parking… areas are kept repeatedly plowed and salted throughout the day, every day, and making coming and going, safe and easy. Briarwood House... Cozy, quiet and peaceful all year long. I am so grateful for Briarwood!

Nice quiet community!

A quiet community within close proximity to the village. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. The grounds are well maintained with landscaping and snow removal and the onsite laundry facilities are so convenient!

Love living here!!!!

I am a newer resident at Briarwood house but I am sure I will be here for some time to come. The property is always clean. Any issues that come up are quickly addressed by maintenance. Jill and Carlos have made the move in process seamless and have really made me feel like I am apart of the family! If anyone is considering Briarwood house as their new home, I would say look no further!
