If looking to rent from this complex, do not allow the “model unit to fool you! On my walk through with one of the office staff it was very deceitful. She told me things that would be done to my apartment prior to moving in, which included wood floors. The advertisement for stainless steel appliances is nonexistent. So the photos used to draw renters to their ads is misleading. When I did a walk through the building was filthy. Even a note left by a resident regarding the insect issues. The… front door to the apartment was paper thin . Even the maintenance man had a difficult time opening it. The wood floors I was expecting were not there. All carpet. The apartment was dirty as well. When I asked about the wood floors that was discussed prior, I was told NOW it was at the property managements discretion! But that was not the original conversation. I was offered to wait another month to move in or to see if it could be done and that I would get a phone call. Never received that call still no wood floors. So I took my business somewhere else. If the management can be deceitful from the beginning, there’s no telling what would happen for the duration of the lease. I wasn’t willing to find out.
