Regency Park

Lived here for 3 years, very friendly neighbors. The staff was always professional and friendly. Grounds were always clean and well kept.

I have been living in Regency Park Apartment for 3 1/2 years. Maintenance Crews and services are good, Rental Office Employees are excellent and professional. Secure place to live with family members and kids. Pools and Party Room are also good. Overall *****+. But there is no three bedrooms apartment so I am going to leave or move next year. We all feeling bad to leave.

Only reason we moved from Regency Park was because of work and commute reasons. The apartments themselves are very spacious, clean and in great shape and the grounds themselves are kept clean all year long. During the winter, they do a great job of removing snow in a timely manner.

In terms of other amenities - the clubhouse is great, the gym is everything you need to get in a basic workout and the pool is absolutely top notch.

The best part of Regency Park are the professional and kinds folks... at the rental office. They always treated us with kindness and respect and did a phenomenal job of ensuring we were happy when any issue did arise. Any maintenance issue that did arise (and they were very rare) were resolved very quickly - usually within the hour. I simply can not say enough about how great the team at the rental office was. We were happy with everything here, very good floor plans, friendly and courteous staff and maintenance, renovated apartments, malls nearby, one of the best apartment complexes in the area. lived here for a year, wish we could live here for more, had to move because of job change. the only issue we had was with parking. parking spots are not evenly divided among the apartments, some blocks have more parking than needed, maybe they should start with marked parking for each apartment.

Just moved in here about a month ago but I already know I want to spend many more years here! The unit I have is a one bedroom but it has plenty of storage space (the walk in closet and central air were a huge plus for me!) I love talking to Jennifer and Karolina in the leasing office because they are always so considerate and prompt with anything that I need help with. Definitely made my transition into Regency an enjoyable one! The aesthetic of the neighborhood and the proximity of grocery... stores, the mall, and plenty of restaurants make this place a real catch. I also love the fact that there's a fantastic gym and a sauna room in the ladies locker room. There is also a library that's super serene and peaceful to be in in case you have work to do. I also got locked out once at 1 in the morning and they were able to send a maintenance man to open my apartment for free of charge within 10 minutes. I would totally recommend this place for a single working individual such as myself, or anyone with kids as there are plenty of them here and lots of kid-oriented activities!
