Loved it here!

I lived here for 4 years and was very satisfied! Maintenance was top notch and the leasing agent (Shari) was very efficient and accomodating! The apartments are very clean and the pool is really nice too! I moved for personal reasons but would not hesitate ever going back to this property!

Wouldn't rent from here again

There's no parking directly near the apartment building I am staying in, yet our rent is the same as everyone else's that has parking right near their building. It takes about a minute to walk to m building from where i can usually get a parking spot. Which isn't good when youre triyng to carry in groceries. The wiring in our apartment is beyond ridiculous. We have two outlets right near our door that have their own 15 amp breaker. And one that controls the oven and fridge and about one more… outlet. Then the entire rest of our apartment is run off a single 15 amp breaker, which includes the bathroom, both bedrooms, the microwave, garbage disposal and a few outlets in the main room. Needless to say we pop the one breaker often when we turn on the microwave.The pool has dumb hours. The single washing machine and dryer provided in our building doesn't work half the time. Erica, the person running the place just doesn't care about any of the problems. She's just trying to cut costs so she can get a nice bonus.

The pool is nice, and the apartment is fairly modern and nice. This is my first apartment .
