MOLD Stay away

MOLD.

The lack of action in the entire WoodWorks Management team, DeLaurentis Management (leasing agent) and Schreiber Properties, (property owner), Jaime Grant (rentals) has made living here an abhorrent experience. I have been living with multiple different types of mold in my apartment for the better part of a year, have entered multiple service requests, only to have the maintenance team never fix the issue. Independent mold testing company completed their report and hasdetermined that… there is 100% evidence of various molds in my apartment. It was suggested that I find a lawyer, take the company to court and report to various health agencies. My family and I have been sick for months and to know that it was because of negligence from our landlords is disgusting. Time for a personal injury attorney!!!.All I want is for the mold to be remediated by a professional who can give me a certificate stating that it is safe to return to my apartment. Is that too much to ask???
