They will always take your security deposit.

Five stars please. This place was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Zero stars should be an option. The landlord smokes in the halls and the basement. The apartment constantly smells like smoke. He parks in front of the dumpster blocking people from driving by. Mold everywhere. Stove in an unsafe position right against the wall. We left this place after two years paint ready and spotless and they still take every penny of our deposit. Absolutely disgusting. I’m have… dozens of photos proving just that. It’s all bull from this place. Takes months to have anything repaired. 44 days for a new microwave that broke only after light use after 13 months on using it. Apartment was brand new when we rented it. Dishwasher broke soon after and took just shy of 40 days to replace. They don’t care about you at all. They give you no notice when they decide to spray or power wash something. Truly the most incompetent group of people running this place. Good luck when it snows. Haha

Unregretful choice

Michelle is awesome! She helped me secure the unit I love. The leasing process goes through so far is precise and professional. Michelle is always friendly and knows well when and how to give the proper input to my questions. She also has a good sense of the leasing market based on her solid knowledge. I had been living in Fairfield for 5 years and now moved to Hauppauge. I passed through this community couple of times. It is quiet and safe. Highly recommend the place and my agent Michelle.

Excellent Leasing Experience

Michelle is great! Not only is she friendly and caring, but she made the whole process of securing my apartment very easy. She fully explains everything and is just a pleasure to work with. Being that I couldn’t see the actual apartment at the moment, she went through all the pictures of what the upgraded unit will look like. I can’t wait to move in!! Thank you so much Michelle!
