Fantastic experience!

I have to thank karissa for making the entire process easy. I was moving from out of state and had such a great tour and i knew it was my new home. Karissa and tom in the leasing office were very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team was great on my move in and when they came to do a repair request. The rent here was similar to many other communities in the area but these apartments are brand new. Very nice to walk around the community and sit by the pond. There are children fishing and… happy and i like to watch the turtles in the pond. I would say the rent is very affordable for what you have here. I love it at spruce pond.

Very happy at spruce pond

Spruce pond heatherwood is the best decision i have made. Very nice community for my family. The apartments feel like home and safe. Very comfortable to live in. Staff is very friendly and professional. Quick with service and staff is helpful and happy. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Strongly recommend my friends to live here. Very happy i decided to make the move in and the entire process was very easy and stress free.

Excellent Renovations!

I have been on the apartment search for months, and have finally found the place I can call home. It has been so hard to find a community that offers renovated units with in-unit washer dryer. The apartments are modern, with stainless steel matching appliances and brand-new units. I was lucky enough to get a unit that will be renovated right before I move in-which was a huge selling point for me personally to be the first to use all appliances! I even hung out after my tour by the pond to get a… vibe for the community, and saw several residents using the amenities, going for walks, and also got to speak with a few current residents, who had nothing but nice things to say about their time at Heatherwood Spruce Pond!

Wonderful Place To Call Home!

Beautiful community with beautiful grounds and renovated apartments . The new clubhouse just opened, and frequent events are hosted for all ages, making it a great way to get to know your neighbors. The community itself is always upgrading and improving, which makes it an even better place to live.
