We lived there for over a year and we absolutely loved our stay. Met great neighbors and proud stay friends for life. Outstanding amenities and quiet. We wish we could’ve stayed but off to the next adventure!

Hickory Grove is just a gorgeous community. We're moving to the area from afar and looked at several apartments, it really stood out -- meticulously groomed, the buildings and the grounds are beautiful, large rooms and closets. The newer apartments were even more impressive inside, very stylish kitchens and appliances. The pool and the fitness room were huge factors for me! And the fitness room was great, not many machines but everything you need to stay in shape. On top of that, the management... is amazing. Ralph showed us around, and was so attentive to our needs during and after the visit. He emailed us available aoartments and was just such a pleasure to deal with. Management is so important when renting, so this was another huge plus. Some of the apartments come with an attached garage, that was imperative for my husband, but they're rare to come by. I'm so thoroughly impressed by this property. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it based on how many features you get and the absolutely beautiful grounds and buildings. If it has everything you're looking for and within your price range, this is the perfect place to live in the area.

I moved in here 1 year ago in the new 1 bedroom unit. After staying almost an year, I am glad that I chose this apartment for the following reasons:
1. Well-maintained public area: I lived in a brand new unit and thus the condition is undoubtedly pleasant. But I feel what really makes this apartment outstanding is that the company spent lots of efforts to make sure the public area, such as pavement, lawn, and garbage area is clean and nice.
2. Convenient neighborhood: it is quite convenient... to live over here. Planet fitness, Walmart, Tops, Arnot Mall, and a bunch of restaurants are all within 5 min drive.
3. Responsive management: I had a few requests regarding some devices in the apartment and after sending them email, I always got the responses within 24 hr. They are also very direct and helpful.
As someone who is new to upstate, I highly recommend this place!

signed a lease for 1 year and after 1 week of living there we could not stand it because of the neighbors upstairs . We were told by management that they would let us sleep in another apartment and go back to our apartment during the day. WOW, have you ever heard of that !!!!!!! We had to do a buyout of our lease because the conditions got worse and worse. Here is another SHAFT JOB they did to us !!!!! They rented out our apartment while we were still paying the gas and electric... bill . WE were paying the bill for someone else to live there. You can see what type of people they are. We are taking the people who they rented out our apartment to court for theft of services. they are very sad business people

We appreciate your comments. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and we try to make living in our community the best experience possible for our residents.
When we received your concerns about your neighbor and how... desperately you felt you needed a night’s sleep we offered to let you stay in one of our furnished apartments for the night to allow us time to work with the neighbors in the morning.
When it became apparent that we were not going to be able to adequately address your concerns, we offered you the opportunity to exit your contract early.
We were fortunate enough to rent the apartment to someone else so we refunded all of your prepaid rent (as to not collect double rent) as well as ask you to forward any utility bills directly to us, which we gladly paid.
In the end after of our efforts to address your concerns failed and you left, we reviewed the experience. We felt in order to stay true to providing outstanding customer service we returned all of your early termination fee as well as your security deposit.
We strive to make our community a great experience for our residents and do everything possible to address concerns.
We are truly sorry that we were unable to make you happy here at Hickory Grove Apartments and we wish you the best.
