East Pointe Apartments

I moved here in August 2020, love love the attached garage. I can go right from the garage into my apartment. Great amenities an great community of people. Glad I chose this community.

Love my place!

I recently moved in and everything has been great! The office is very responsive and I've been extremely happy with my apartment. I like how it feels more like a townhouse and with the attached garage, it's nice for the winter and extra storage. It's a quick trip to 13 and to downtown Ithaca. Management seems to really care and keeps striving to improve the community!

Beautiful place in great community!

Beautiful and clean community, one of the best apartments in Ithaca!
The location and neighborhood is wonderful. A very quiet and peaceful place!
Brand new building with attached garage for every units and good appliances built in the spacious floor plan.
Marissa and Crystal in the office are very responsive and the management team cares about the residents and the community.
My husband and I am very happy to live here, and my little dog also enjoys taking walks around in lovely area and cute… dog park!

Best Apartment in Ithaca

I'm graduate student at Cornell.

I live in East Pointe Apartment with my wife and it's cozy and pleasant place to live!

Snow removal is really quick, and communication with tenants is smooth.

Highly recommended!
