Awful Awful work. They don’t call or update anything. They tell you it takes a day for an application and ends up being more than a week and a half; with all outgoing phonecalls going to voicemail

The Village Solars! WOW!
I live at Village Solars right now, and its no shock that these are filling fast! This cost the same as my apartment at Northwood but its brand new, i mean how can you beat that?!

Nice people, poor subcontractors
Our apartment was a disaster on move in day. It was dirty, there were (and still are) NO lightbulbs. There was a mold stain in the LR. My husband called and the office staff is great and immediately attends to your needs. However the people they send are a joke. The "painter" did a half assed job fixing things and then left spackle dust and gobs of spackle all over. We were told the cleaners were going to come but there was never any evidence that they did. I wound up cleaning it myself because... you can only live with a prior owners hairs for so long.
I dont think its worth the high end prices that they ask but its comfortable and location is very convenient.
