I read a review that states this property is a sinking ship! I concur; it is going down! It seems to be falling apart, the entrance way has broken concert as you walk into the lobby so watch your step! Some of the stairs have dents at the end, I suggest you watch where you are walking and yes, the pests are increasing! It's true the hot water comes and goes!

Roaches and spiders are on the rise which make sense since spiders eat roaches! The spiders are following their food!

This place sadly is going down! The manger and the cooperative board states the cooperative is broke! Sadly, the building has some structural damage in some places, the hot water comes and goes! Pests infestation is on the rise!

We have lived in this development for well over 23 years. The upkeep and care of the buildings and grounds is commendable. We have a wonderful maintenance staff who are both polite and very helpful. Vintage our managing agency with Mr Friedman the owner performs exemplary service in the care of our development. working with Mr Hogan our board President many wonderful changes and upgrades have been completed. And many more upgrades are in process. We love living here.
