The Pavillion at Locust Manor

Management is very disrespectful at times. When a tenant ask for something to be fixed they act as if it is a problem for the tenant to ask that. Nothing gets done and the property manager comes off with a very nasty attitude

The building smells of cigarettes and marijuana... it’s coming from ththe superintendent. I know cause I watched him buy it and asked him if he smokes ... his cavalier attitude that he is untouchable is very annoying. He has the rudest disposition and he has several pets in a pet free building... the elevator is always full of trash. This building is already looking like projects. If you complain they black ball you or tell the person that you told on them. They constantly throw parties with... loud music.
