How Is This Rating Determined?

It's okay

Been here 3 years now and it's alright.
Pros:
-Townhouse
-Decent appliances
-Great area near parks, restaurants, the bike path, gym and markets
-Good parking
-Maintenance responds in a timely manner
- Santa Claus does a firetruck ride at Christmas

Cons:
-Neighbors that have zero respect (noise, smoking weed, barking dogs)
-Dog poop not being picked up is a serious issue, they don't have dog bag stations which is fine but it's possible that would make it better?
- basement floods when... there's heavy rain or lots of snow melting
- some things could use updating, like finishing the basement, replacing the railings in the houses, fixing holes in backtop that can contribute to flooding, chunky rats at night, cracks in the walls, electrical issues when it's super cold/windy

It's a decent place to live, I just wish they could monitor if people they let in smoke or pick up after their dogs. That would be a perfect world.
