For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner. For guest safety, exterior Ring cameras are present at the front door, driveway, and rear of the house. There are no interior cameras. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
