Spoke to Robin all of the time on the phone due to issues with my ex who was on the lease. She was very kind and understanding. At the end of the lease, I got my whole security deposit back. They do have options to break a lease which is nice. The apartment itself is okay, nothing fancy. Kitchen is a tight squeeze. Walls are thin, I could always hear my upstairs neighbor’s running around. It’s not the worst thing in the world. My only complaint was that I wish they would have handled neighbor… complaints more seriously. It shouldn’t take over five notices given to a neighbor to clean up after herself. I lived here for about 6 months and unfortunately lost my job so I moved out early and they were even nice enough to not make me pay to break my lease!! I paid the rent until they found someone else to move in and then they gave me my security deposit back. Now what apartments do that???? very very nice people. These were the best apartments. If something goes wrong maintenance will come to fix it immediately. Office staff are nice and the apartments are very cozy and comfortable. Nice layout, semi-dated, fairly thin walls. Pet friendly is a plus. Lacks enough parking for all tenants (if all is occupied). Maintenance is a grumpy, disgruntled guy. All in all though it's been a mostly enjoyable few years.

I love these apartments. I love that you have a front door that leads to almost like a court yard instead of walking through a hallway. I just wish that there was a little bit more storage space.
