Owners are personable, rent is great, maintenance is immediate & professional, compound is neat and clean, apartments are up to standard, parking lots are large, management and leasing office staff are the greatest and environment is calm and relaxing.

This property is more than excellent. It saved my life. After living on the streets for a brief period of time, I was able to afford this reasonably priced apartment. The landlords are great, they listen to whatever issues I may have and work with me to fix it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The landlords refuse to fix or clean anything. I had to hire someone to come wash the outside of my windows and balcony which were covered with grime from years of neglect. appliances can take weeks to fix. They do not refund lost money in the coin operated washers and dryers. They turn your heat off and don't turn it back on until October. The hot water doesn't warm up until after 6:00AM. Some of the buildings have had carbon monoxide leaks. They neglected their power supply and lost buried… cables 2 years in a row. The maintenance people will come into your apartment while you are sleeping or in the bathroom. There have been numerous visits by the sherriffs for prostitution and drug sales. Cars have been found on blocks with their wheels stolen.

I am writing on behalf of my daughter who rented an apartment from you a few months back. It is not easy to rent an apartment from out of town and certainly never easy to send your child to an unfamiliar area. We put inquiries into several different places and could believe the amount of places that we never heard back from.
