Great Affordable Apartments

These are very nice apartments and well insulated. The manager, Cindy is a great manager. I lived in two different units for a few years before I had to move out of state. If I didn't have to relocate I would probably still be there. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a nice small place to live. Had I stayed there longer I was considering renting a two bedroom.

Convenient, Clean, and Affordable

The Greenfield Manor Apartments are conveniently located within a couple miles of many shopping needs such as retail and grocery stores. The apartments are also close enough to the University at Buffalo North Campus to make commuting quick and easy (about 15-20 min drive depending on traffic). The rent is affordable and difficult to beat in the WNY area.
The management is kind, respectful, and responsive to your needs. The maintenance staff is also quick to respond and pleasant to interact with… .
Give these apartments a look if you want good value for your money.

Clean!

My complex is the best around. Our landlord is great. He is here at least once a week to clean the entire building inside & out. The building is also quiet. Great place to live at a great price.
