The efficient, well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. While there’s no microwave or dishwasher, you’ll find everything else you need for easy cooking and comfortable dining. The adjoining living space features a plush sofa, dining table for four, and lovely views of the woods. In cooler months, the wood stove adds warmth and charm for cozy nights in. The simple and functional bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. The newly renovated back deck is a guest favorite, perfect for dining al fresco, grilling on the charcoal barbecue, or relaxing with a view of the pond. Enjoy the swimmable pond fed by a mountain stream, a private walking path through the woods and along the creek, a fire pit, hammock, and open space to unwind.

Guests should be comfortable climbing the ladder to access the loft bedroom. For families, it is recommended that children sleep in the main floor bedroom for safety. No parties are allowed, and only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let the host know of daytime guests. Sunday Hollow is nestled in nature. While the exterior is treated, insects or the occasional mouse may sneak in, which is part of rural living. A cat visits occasionally, which is not ideal for guests with cat allergies. A portable AC unit is available for use during hot summer days. For cooler months, AWD, FWD, or 4WD is recommended, and use winter or all-season tires, as 2WD/RWD vehicles are not suited for snowy roads. The driveway is plowed and shoveled, and a shovel is provided for your use. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays.
