Luxury living at its finest

The Rental Agent Amy is phenomenal. Positive, pleasant and professional. It is the best rental unit for 55+ that i saw in my investigation. Big, bright , airy. I am looking to many years of living and enjoying south shore living in this beautiful gated community

Amy is the best

The area is nice, the apartment is clean and spacious with real great extra. Amy is the best she took time after to show the apartment she met with us and answered all our questions and walked us through the lease signing. It has been a really long time since we lived in an apartment, but it looks more like a house. Looking forward to meeting new neighbors and friends.

New to renting

I sold my home after 30 years. What I thought was going to be scary, turned out to be the best decision my kids forced on me. The truth is, it was time. It was more house than I could handle. Things moved fast, I was closing on my home and needed somewhere to go. I was so scared to rent an apartment without seeing it!! I went by pictures and floorplans. The leasing Agent called me as soon as I could see my actual apartment. They were prepping it and I was nervous about what I saw. She assured… me everything was going to be perfect, and she was right!! Everything worked out splendidly. I love my apartment and should’ve done this years ago.

Fairfield Knolls East

After being a resident for over 3 years I kept hoping the care and maintenance would get better. It has become worse. Outdoor maintenance is minimal and broken items repairs such as smoke alarms and windows isn't done even after months of requests to do so.It has become clear to me that Fairview Properties has decided to make money as long as the property is standing. Water filters, a/c filters are also not replaced. The manager blames the corporation and the corporation ignores all complaints.… It is very frustrating every time there is a problem. Phone calls and emails have no effect. There is simply no response, only excuses from the manager..

Mixed Bag

The apartments are large and quiet. The neighborhood is a bit shaky. The biggest problem is maintenance. It is extremely difficult to get any repairs done. The owners (Fairfield Properties) seem to hold the tenants in contempt and do not respond well to any requests for service. This is our first apartment rental (55 plus) and have been very dissatisfied with the service, although we like the apartment.
