Amazing

I am not one for writing reviews but I have to because my time here was amazing. I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. Kathy in the leasing office is always available to help or answer questions and is super friendly. Any of the maintenance men are helpful and kind when you need help with anything. I had no issues living there and the space is beautiful and clean. They also keep up with the lawn very well so it looks good every day. Also, location is great. You are ten minutes from… Albany, Troy, Cohoes, etc. and even closer to other areas like Watervliet and Greenbush. Being in the center makes going to any spot a short drive. Would definitely recommend living here if you can!

It comes with its pros and cons

For what u pay for rent here not worth it I do love my apartment it is nice and quite but it is freezing in the apartments when it is real cold out if it’s a nice day out and u have the heat on your fine but night time when it drops down it’s COLD and there is a BIG MICE problem. For all the money u pay for rent u would want a nice place to feel comfortable to come home to and relax.

Not worth it

Not quiet at all. The doors slam and walls are paper thin. Maintanence workers are loud all hours of the day. Not ideal for people that don’t have 9-5 schedules and have to sleep during th day.

Cute, quiet apartment close to the action

This is a very friendly apartment complex from the staff to the residents. It is a quiet environment for those of you who like your space and want to relax, but very close & convenient to the action of downtown Albany and Troy! There is outdoor space to utilize to sit out to read a book or cook on a grill. I love living here for the convenience, but more so the friendly, responsive staff! Great deal for what you're getting too!
