A Wonderful Complex
I have lived in the Park Hill Lane Apartment complex for over thirty years, and I have been very happy living in this complex. Whenever I have a maintenance request, the request is processed right away. The maintenance guys who have come over to my apartment are all very nice and polite, and they always take care of any maintenance situation I may have. I totally trust them in my apartment, and these guys work very hard in keeping up with the maintenance work in the apts. The property manager... and the people who work in the rental office are very nice, and they always take the time to listen to any concerns or questions you may have. The guys who take care of the outside work keep the property looking great.

WELCOME
This apartment complex is great! If you are looking for great cost per square footage in the Menands Area. A place where the maintance LIVES on premises; so is always readily availiable. A place where neighbors are quiet and respectful. A place where u can take your children for a swim. A place where the school bus comes to pick up your children just to drop them off across the street. LOL But true. THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE. The only con is if you are like me and lose your keys A LOT, you will... have to pay a 25$ fee. And lastly it is just a stone throw from downtown albany (about 10 mins on the 22 bus) I hope you find my review helpful and make single you or you with a family move here. good to leave in
I really enjoy leaving at Park lane apartments, maintenance is wonderful and I love the fact that they always send me the same person that i loooove, he is courteous and very polite and does everything in his power not to make a mess. I trust them in my apartment even when i am not home. the team at the rental office are the best. I am moving out soon ( another job)I just hope to find something similar. Park Lane, I love you and you have been good to me since 2001. Muah!! :-)
