Highly recommended

We are very happy with our decision to move here, and will be renewing for our 5th year. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with any issues that needed to be addressed. We feel very safe, and love the convenient location - very close to Rt. 17 / I-84. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

Outstanding apartment.

After going to about 4 different apartment complexes in Middletown, we ended at Stevens Manor. After viewing the apartment, I fell in love. The 1 bedroom was huge along with the living room and plenty of closet space. They also have laundry on premises, a pool and allow cats, which is what we wanted. I chose to put a deposit and am moving in July thanks to all the help of Shari and Brittany. The overall value is tremendous!
