Make Monticello Great Again!
My furnished apt. is a comfortable bedroom, kitchen, bath with tub and an airy covered porch that looks over a green lawn to a lovely swimming pool. It's actually called a bungalow and this is a bungalow colony. It's in the woods surrounded by gorgeous trees, but still, close to town. Town is Monticello, a quaint, area in the Catskills with quite the colorful history. Thriving till the 90'tys now it's sleepily chic, waiting for redevelopment. My rent is $700 and that includes utilities and... cable. Neighbors are friendly and pets are allowed. At night it's so quiet all you hear are the crickets and if your over 55 there's a van that will take you grocery shopping. What a deal!
