This place has it all! Great location as well. Claire and Pat are a pleasure to deal with and are very helpful. The grounds are well kept and neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend.

This complex used to be lovely when it was Sutton Landing. I went on multiple tours and almost lived here but it’s gone downhill since Fairfield took over, which is really sad. Don’t rent here, or from any Fairfield. Fairfield is an unscrupulous corporation with a horrible reputation.

Sutton Landing in Mount Sinai is a wonderful place. Staff is extremely courteous, grounds are very clean and the clubhouse with all the amenities is a beautiful place to live 55+.
