Couldn’t Be Happier Living Here!
I’ve been living at The Enclave at Fleetwood for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The building is beautifully maintained, the apartments are spacious and modern, and the location is incredibly convenient—close to the Metro-North, shops, and great restaurants.
The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and any concerns are addressed right away. It’s clear they’re... always working to improve the community.
The neighbors are friendly, the common areas are always clean, and it really feels like home here. If you’re looking for a great place to live in the Fleetwood/Mount Vernon area, I highly recommend The Enclave. Five stars all the way!

Nicest apartment I have ever lived in
As a single working woman I was searching for a safe community close to transit with nice amenities. This place is just perfect… floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful, Quiet. Just love it.
