It is a great community overall. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and Luis from the maintenance team is always very helpful. However, communication from the management office can sometimes be quite slow. This may be due to recent changes in the management team.

Living at 25 Maple has been a wonderful experience. The community is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff is professional, responsive, and always willing to help when needed.

David has been exceptional and made my transition from Florida to New York very smooth. From the beginning, he was helpful, attentive, and always available to answer questions and provide support throughout the process. His professionalism and dedication made a significant difference and helped me feel at home… right away.

I especially appreciate the convenient location and the sense of comfort and security the property provides. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend 25 Maple to anyone looking for a great place to live.

25 Maryam’s the surrounding environment, provides serenity to those who work so hard to obtain it. As a recent graduate of my Masters - this community serves best for career individuals. It’s quiet, without the disturbance of schools surrounding the neighborhood. People are well behaved and courteous and are of working class. Thoughtfully developed neighborhood ecosystem. This is neighborhood where residential, retail, dining, and services are integrated thoughtfully, without overcrowding.
