I submitted 3 maintenance requests a few days ago. No one followed up. No one arrived. My washing machine isn’t working properly; the start button doesn’t work. The wood floors are lifting again. Mold is growing on the wood as well. My toilet stopped flushing.

Great experience with Lauren and Lilly the leasing team. They were so helpful and professional. The hallways, elevator and the trash rooms are always clean. Concierge is excellent. Communication concerning any activities to residents is perfect . The rooms, kitchen and bathroom are spacious and clean. Love this place

He was especially patient and informative, taking the time to walk me through how to understand and manage the climate control system.
