Great experience with Lauren and Lilly the leasing team. They were so helpful and professional. The hallways, elevator and the trash rooms are always clean. Concierge is excellent. Communication concerning any activities to residents is perfect . The rooms, kitchen and bathroom are spacious and clean. Love this place

I had a great experience with the recent work completed in my apartment at 360 Huguenot. Pedro was professional, courteous, and very respectful of the space throughout the entire process. He was especially patient and informative, taking the time to walk me through how to understand and manage the climate control system.
As someone who is sensitive to humidity and prefers a moderately cool environment, I really appreciated how clearly he explained how everything works and made the necessary... adjustments to ensure the space was comfortable. Communication was clear, the work was completed efficiently, and the overall quality met expectations.
Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and quickly identified the issue with the shower hose. The replacement was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and in perfect working order. I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail. The new hose works great, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly satisfied with the service.

I have a great experience at 360 Huguenot. The building feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, especially for commuters, with easy access to Metro-North, restaurants, and shops nearby. Management and staff are professional, responsive, and clearly take pride in maintaining the property. They consistently update the aesthetic, which keeps the look and feel fresh and current. 360 Huguenot truly... feels like my forever home.
