Not sure what anyone else has to say, but this is a safe, clean, well laid out unit in a building that is well maintained by the live-in superintendent who takes good care of the building and his tenant neighbors. You can see the card the owners put into this building. My apartment is beautifully renovated and the block is quiet, surrounded by shopping, reasonably priced parking, good schools, what more could a tenant ask for.

I've been living here for practically all my life. Honest to say the apartment sucks for what we're paying. Theirs mold all on my bathroom ceiling ; holes in the bottom cabinets in the kitchen and mice basically run the building. The super has been complaining about a water leak behind our tub that leaks to the basement appartment for over 5 months now. Like isn't he the super ? Like don't they fix things or get somone to fix it ... I don't understand his purpose here. All in all, I live in... average middle- low class apartment that needs major work. Read More
