Parkside Place

I have been living here at park side place for a long time . There are several things wrong with "Park Side Place" well first the rent is really affordable when you compare the price to other apartments in new Rochelle, which is a good thing. However the landlord does not like children , and he takes unwanted pictures of the residents! When people pay their rent or give their hard worked money to a business they like to see where there money is going towards , whether it's getting good customer... service or seeing the neighborhood flourish. The landlord however decided that it would be more important to purchase expensive cameras and lighting on the buildings rather than actually fix up the place and make it look less like a projects and more like a nice affordable apartment, not only that but to have the grass cut every other day rather than fix the elevators that my children are afraid to take because it shakes uncontrollably everyday. The list of problems with the neighborhood and mainly the landlord could go on and on but most won't believe me, so do yourself a favor before visiting an apartment or renting it ask someone who lives here and ask more than one person (when the landlord is not next to you so you can get their honest opinion) ! Park side place could be a great place if we didn't have such a bitter landlord and if the money we give them was used more wisely. I'm living in my apartment for less than One year and about a month ago , I was greeted by Stuart Little in my kitchen. The rent is very much affordable for the town and bedroom size. The landlord is trying to keep loitering and disturbance at night but it is just becoming unpleasant. I just want to be able to live! I have a 3 year old that enjoys his own space and this apartment gives that. I'd love to be rent free in an apartment he loves.
