Do not rent here - this place is the worst
This place is the worst place I’ve ever rented. First and foremost, the hot water would go out on a weekly basis, and would take no less than 24 hours to be “fixed”. Regardless of how many times you’d reach out to management regarding this issue/the number of other issues here, you’d receive no response to any inquiries. This place is dirty, packages always get stolen from the lobby, and the super is incredibly rude and unresponsive. Do not rent here, there are easily hundreds of other... comparable places (size and price) where you’d actually be treated with respect.

HOT WATER ISSUE
I currently live in this building. We have been having an ongoing hot water issue for MONTHS and it is not being properly fixed. New renters beware.
