Violating the no parties rule will lead to immediate eviction by private security and the full cost of the booking will be forfeited. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour starting from 11:15 AM. The minimum age to check in is 25 years old, and I.D. verification is required for all guests. The home accommodates a maximum of 2 guests per room. This property has exterior security cameras. Linens and bath towels are provided, but daily maid service is not included.
