Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not permitted without prior approval, and if approved, there is a $400 deep cleaning fee. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with late check-outs charged $50 per hour starting from 11:15 AM.
