A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with some cases between June 1st and September 1st requiring a minimum stay of 90 days. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos as they are periodically updated. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests, and for long-term leases over 6 months, a VOE letter and a copy of the current paycheck are required. When pets stay, guests are responsible for replenishing all beddings with new ones.
