Terrible Management and Cockroach infested.
I lived here for 6 months and had to break my lease due to all the issues. Among them were brown water coming from my faucet, water randomly turning off, no hot water, poor management company, being locked out of the building/broken lock at 3-4 am, cockroaches in nearly every corner of the building, management entering my room while i was asleep, construction on bathrooms without warning. When trying to speak to property management, they usually tell you supervisors are on vacation and cannot... handle the issues. I found cockroaches in my unit on the first day and the exterminator did not come for another 3 months. Do not live in this building, you will regret it.
