Welcome to a spacious apartment that offers comfort and convenience. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each with a comfortable double-sized bed. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV.
All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an additional fee.

Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). The payment should be made directly to the host during check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. No smoking, no parties or events, and no loud music are allowed. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This helps us ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
