Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, US Post Office/FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchange, and a barber. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.
All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. There is a $50 late check-in fee for check-ins after 10 pm and $100 after midnight. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in, as well as a verification of employment letter and a copy of a current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
