For stays between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance for a smooth check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos, as updates are made periodically. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. No smoking, parties, or loud music are allowed.
