Furniture and decor may vary from online photos, but the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable. No smoking, no parties, and no pets are allowed, with penalties for violations. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. A minimum stay of 30 days is required, with some cases requiring 90 days between June 1st and September 1st.
