In addition, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.
Utilities are excluded and run for $330 per month (can be paid separately) and cover the electric, Wi-Fi, and streaming TV box with Netflix (between June 1st and October 1st, the utilities are $350 per month).
