Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, each tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed and its own flat LCD TV. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating/air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

Utilities should be paid directly to the host during check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for safety and security. No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed.
