A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance for a smooth check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos as updates occur periodically. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash before leaving.
