This apartment features 1-bedroom + office/living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a marble-tiled bathroom. The master bedroom includes a full-size bed, and there is a sofa bed in the office/living room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric plate, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available, and linens and towels will be provided.
An extra single bed can be provided upon request. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee.
The Q line subway station is a few steps from the building (2nd Ave and East 94th Street), right at the corner of the block.
Utilities such as electricity and streaming TV are not included in the monthly cost. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
