Old but new
Very spacious apartment for New York City. 2 bedroom converted to a 3, with two balconies and two bathrooms. Relatively new renovations, the kitchen could use a makeover, but she looks good for her age. Unbelievable views of the city looking south, sights of the Empire State Building and the skyline, and unbelievable views of the apartment building across the street looking north. Great apartment, in a great location in NYC. Would rent again.
