Guests are responsible for leaving the property before 11:00 AM check-out time. All dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, and all trash in the trashcans. Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning charges at the owner's discretion. The owner may enter the premises upon a 24-hour written notice to the guest, or at any time in cases of emergency without notice. Animals are not allowed on the property. Guests must not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Any appliance shall only be used according to its normal intended use. The apartment is not child-proof or child-protected. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for the overage. Guests cannot receive mail at this address.
