Pets are welcome with a fee that varies between $250 and $350.

Utilities such as electricity, gas, and internet are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 a month (between June 1st and October 1st the utilities are $350 per month). AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). In some cases between June 1st and September 1st the minimum stay will be 90 days. All check-ins must be coordinated in advance at least 48 hours prior to check-in; for last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 10 pm and $100 after midnight. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all guests, each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
